Through Yoga and Mindfulness
In this weekend workshop, begin to cultivate a real relationship to your body by learning to break free from self-defeating thoughts, unhealthy eating patterns and body dissatisfaction. Through intensive yoga practice and mindfulness meditation exercises you will:
- awaken a sense of aliveness, freedom, power and delight in your body
- cleanse, nourish and refresh your body through yoga
- learn to use mindfulness as a guide to intuitive eating
- connect to your core, incorporating greater fitness and joy into your life
- work through fears and use the tools that you learn to choose awareness

Facilitators :
Jill Gutowski, MA, integrates her 9 years of practice and study of yoga with her background in psychotherapy in the field of addictions and her own recovery from eating disorders and depression, to assist her students in utilizing yoga as a tool for healing and transformation. Jill inspires her students to connect to their bodies and live more vibrantly from their core with compassion and humor while challenging them to move beyond perceived limitations. She is co-founder and co-director of Four Winds Yoga in Pennington, NJ.
Robin Boudette, PhD, is a licensed psychologist and certified yoga instructor with more than 10 years of experience working with women struggling with disordered eating and body dissatisfaction. Through her personal practice of yoga and meditation, she has developed a unique approach to helping women overcome unconscious self-defeating habits and embrace a healthy and balanced path to mind/body wellness. She works in private practice in Princeton, NJ. |
