Mindful Eating

Do you find yourself eating more then you intended?
Would you like to make better food choices?
Have you been unsuccessful in developing healthy eating habits?

When you learn to bring mindfulness to your relationship with food, you can begin to break free from unhealthy eating patterns and find a new freedom with food and eating.  In this introductory session, participants will:

  • learn about mindfulness and how it may facilitate conscious food choices
  • experience mindful eating
  • practice mindfulness exercises intended to cultivate awareness

For anyone wanting to improve their relationship with food.
