When you learn to bring mindfulness to your relationship with food, you can begin to break free from unhealthy eating patterns and find a new freedom with food and eating. In this introductory session, participants will:
- learn about mindfulness and how it may facilitate conscious food choices
- experience mindful eating
- practice mindfulness exercises intended to cultivate awareness
